Terms of Service
What this page covers
These terms apply to every order placed on this store. Placing an order means you accept them. They do not replace your statutory rights as a consumer, and where the two differ, your statutory rights apply.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the item only. Shipping is added at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never applies to an order already confirmed. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund it in full rather than ship at that price.
Orders and confirmation
An order becomes binding when we confirm it on the confirmation screen and by the order record in your account. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside the areas we serve, or if we suspect fraud. In each case nothing is charged, or any charge is refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout or, for bank transfer, confirmed by us once the transfer arrives. The order is held for 5 business days waiting for a bank transfer; after that it is cancelled and the item returns to stock. Available payment methods are listed on the checkout page.
Delivery, risk and title
Delivery times are estimates based on the carrier's normal service and are not a guarantee. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, we treat it as ours to resolve: we trace it with the carrier and either reship or refund.
Care and suitability
Each listing states the material, dimensions and care instructions. Damage caused by using an item outside those instructions, such as a hand wash item put through a dishwasher or a pan used above its rated temperature, is not covered by returns or warranty.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit, for example in cases of personal injury caused by our negligence.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when our process changes. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
