Four steps from a full cart to a parcel on the porch, plus what we do when something goes wrong. Nothing here needs an account, though creating one keeps your order history in a single place.
One: build the cart
Add what you need from a department page or from the item page. The cart totals update as you go, and it keeps its contents if you leave and come back on the same browser.
Two: checkout
Checkout asks for an email address and a delivery address, then shows the delivery cost before anything is confirmed. Orders over $75 ship standard for free. Nothing is charged until you press the button on the checkout page.
Three: pay
The payment methods shown at checkout are the ones live at that moment. Bank transfer is available on every order: you transfer the amount yourself and we confirm receipt, usually within 2 business days, before the parcel leaves. Card and PayPal payments, once connected, confirm immediately and the order moves straight to packing.
Four: delivery
Orders are sent within 2 business days of a confirmed payment. Standard delivery is 7 to 12 business days. A tracking number is issued when the carrier scans the parcel and appears on the order in your account. If the tracking has not moved for five business days, send the order number through the contact form and we open a trace with the carrier. Full rates and delivery windows are on the shipping page.
If something goes wrong
Wrong item, damaged in transit, or simply not what you expected: the returns page lists the four steps and the cases where we pay the return label. Thirty days from delivery, unused and in the original packaging.
Asking a question
Sizing, care, or an order already in progress all reach the same contact form, answered on business days in the order the messages arrive. We do not run a separate support phone line, so a written message with the order number gets the fastest answer.
