Thirty days to change your mind

If a piece does not fit the space, the drawer or the way you cook, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, with the tags or the protective wrap still on.

How to start a return

1. Send the order number, the item name and the reason through the contact form.
2. We reply within one business day with a return address and a return reference.
3. Pack the item in its original carton, write the reference on the outside, and hand it to any carrier.
4. We inspect the parcel when it arrives and refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, was not as described, or was the wrong item. In those three cases we send a prepaid label.

What cannot come back

• Cleaning tools and brushes that have been used, for hygiene reasons.
• Small appliances that have been plugged in, filled or washed.
• Items returned after 30 days, or returned without the original packaging.

None of this limits your statutory rights. If an appliance fails within its warranty period, that is a warranty claim rather than a return, and it is handled under the same contact form.

Exchanges

We do not run a separate exchange process. Return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want, which is faster than waiting for an exchange to be approved. If the replacement costs more than the refund, the difference is charged at checkout as normal.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the method used for the original payment. Card and PayPal refunds usually appear within 5 business days of our confirmation, bank transfers within 5 business days of us receiving the account details. We send a confirmation through the contact thread when the refund is issued.
