Do I need an account to order?

No. Checkout asks for an email address and a delivery address and nothing else. Creating an account afterwards keeps your order history and addresses in one place, and it is the fastest way to look up a past order.

How do I know the item will fit?

Every listing gives outside dimensions, internal dimensions where they matter, and capacity. If a measurement is missing or unclear, ask through the contact form with the item name and we will measure the stock item and reply with the numbers.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

Yes, if the parcel has not been handed to the carrier. Send the order number and the corrected address through the contact form. Once the carrier has scanned the parcel, the address can no longer be changed and a redelivery may be chargeable.

What payment methods are available?

Bank transfer is available on every order today. PayPal and card payments appear at checkout once those accounts are connected, and the checkout page always shows exactly what is live at that moment.

When is money taken?

For card and PayPal payments, at the moment you confirm the order. For bank transfer, nothing is taken automatically: you transfer the amount yourself and we confirm receipt, usually within 1 to 2 business days.

Is checkout secure, and what do you keep?

Checkout runs over a secure HTTPS connection. While every order settles by bank transfer there is no card form on the site at all, and once card or PayPal is enabled the card form is hosted by that provider rather than by us. We keep your name, delivery address, order details and messages, and nothing else.

How do returns work?

Thirty days from delivery, unused and in the original packaging, with the item price refunded. The returns page lists the four steps and the three cases where we pay the return label.
